Returns

We accept returns of unopened, sealed products within [30] days of delivery. For health and safety reasons, opened products can’t be returned.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email orders@cocaclub.cc within [7] days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

How to start a return

1. Email orders@cocaclub.cc with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
2. We’ll reply with return instructions.
3. Ship the unopened item(s) back to us. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the error was ours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are sent by Interac e-Transfer within [5] business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
