We ship Canada-wide. We don’t ship internationally at this time.
Orders are processed once your Interac e-Transfer payment is received. Orders paid by 2pm PT, Monday–Friday, ship the same business day. Orders paid after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day.
Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days after shipping. Rural and remote areas may take longer. We ship with Canada Post.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Contact us at orders@cocaclub.cc within [7] days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
